While in Africa Yankuba is our team leader Gave gifts and toys to children in the streets and villages We met and said hello to over 4000 children in 7 different schools. We picked up 4 black bin bags of toys from a family, all the toys belong to one child that child toys was handed out to 50 children. PIRANG NURSERY AND DAY CARE SCHOOL
 Over the years your gifts have help to build 2 new schools, a new section for Pirang School to help with the amount of children that attend school, 220 in the space of 4 standard bedrooms. 55 children per class Hearts to Africa along with your help wants to make it 30 per class and get more children in school. OLD FARABA BANTA NURSERY SCHOOL Has 260 children in 3 classrooms indoor and 2 classes outdoor. Your clothes and other gifts were given to the local people for working together to build the new school. The tools given to the local builder to help with the building of the school. Hearts to Africa members handed out the toys, books and other gifts to all the children. NEW FARABA BANTA NURSERY SCHOOL
 Side and Front view The village people have been working on the new school for 2 years. Bricks are made by mixing the soil with cement. District head chief: Mr D K Fansu Conteh comments were: “The educational equipment has been put to very good use, thanks to the donors for their support in helping my district to fight poverty”. GIVING GIFTS TO DISABLE PEOPLE
We give particular attention to assist people with disabilities who are least able to help themselves. Funds raised to complete this years' trip was £4,331.00 and was raised through donations and fundraising. All travelling members paid their own fare and covered all of their expenses.
