1. There are over 1240 pupils in this school with 80 pupils in each class.
2. The Exam pass rate is 75% success.
3. 90% of the children walk to school, some are walking up to 5 miles each way.
4. 30% have to work so they can go to school.
5. Because they do not have televisions in their homes the children stay at school until 7pm or later.
6. Teachers stay with there pupils because if one pupil out of a 100 escapes the poverty line, he/she may be the one who will return to help others.
7. They need barrels to store water.
8. 70% of children wear plastic slippers, as you can see in the photograph above, 10% shoes and 20% nothing.
